Tone what you own was created out of a passion to make every single body feel sensational. If you have a body then you can tone it, so buckle up you’re in for a life changing ride!
Kim Hartwell is an international model, personal trainer, fitness instructor and fitness blogger. Currently based in London she is personal trains clients both privately and at Eqvvs in Knightsbridge. Kim is also part of the Core Collective team in High Street Kensington. There she teaches a high intensity interval training class (Velocity) and TRX (Resistance). Her HIIT classes can also be found at Grace Belgravia. This blog affirms her training beliefs that’s each and everyone of us absolutely has the ability to tone what they own.
Kim moved back from New York in beginning of 2015 having spent the last 3 years modeling and gaining her personal training (NASM-CPT), fitness instructing (AFAA) and TRX qualifications. In London Kim is continuing her fitness studies by training to become a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) with NASM.
For modelling Kim is represented by MiLK model management and W Athletic. Kim has achieved representation from numerous fitness brands and fitness magazines through her work as a fitness model with Wilhelmina models in New York and W Athletic in Europe. She has secured jobs with big name sports brands like Nike, Reebok, Asics, New Balance and Adidas. Also achieving recognition in many of the fitness industries leading publications, such as Women’s Health, Self magazine, Cosmobody, Women’s fitness, Fitness magazine, Health & Fitness magazine and Shape, in addition to Vogue Paris.
Kim also holds a 1st class honors degree in Business Studies and Marketing from the University of Brighton. She spends most of her time getting sweaty training and teaching others. In her spare time she loves boxing, running, high intensity training and yoga. Kim is also keen traveler, amateur chef and self confessed almond butter addict!
